Kung Pao Chicken, also known as Gong Bao or Kung Po, is a stir-fried dish with chicken, peanuts, and chili peppers. The spice dish originated in the Sichuan Province of southwestern China and is named after the late Qing Dynasty official Ding Baozhen.
